Jonathan and Joy started their freshman year of high school at Freehold High School where they shared a history class together, but sitting just seats away from each other the two never would have expected their lives to intertwine.

A few months of the two shyly trying to spend time together went by before Jonathan mustered up the courage to ask Joy on a date and Joy happily accepted. They spent the afternoon at Thompson Park, walking the trails and sharing some laughs. They then went to watch the sunset at the Manasquan Inlet.

After months of keeping the ring in his pocket, Jonathan thought of the perfect way to ask her to marry him. They had been watching Penn & Teller: Fool Us for a while and practicing the tricks so he thought it would be perfect to propose with a flourish. He put a quarter in his left hand and closed it. When he opened it back up it was gone. But whats that behind her ear? It's the ring. Jonathan then got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. She said yes.
